Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tinyurls.online, operated by DIGITALSERVICESONLINE (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
We provide a free URL shortening service. You can shorten links without an account. An optional free account lets you keep a list of your links and see click counts. There are no paid plans.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@tinyurls.online if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to shorten links that:
- lead to malware, spyware, ransomware, phishing, scams or fraud;
- contain or link to illegal content, including child sexual abuse material or content that incites violence or hatred;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- are used for spam or deceptive advertising, or to hide where a link really goes;
- point to other URL shorteners, or attempt to bypass our safeguards or rate limits;
- otherwise break the law that applies to you or to us.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated means to create links in bulk beyond the limits we set.
4. Removal of links and accounts
We may disable any link, and suspend or delete any account, that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law, or that has been reported as harmful, with or without notice. You can report a link that you believe breaks these rules.
5. Your content
You keep all rights in the URLs and titles you submit. You give us a limited licence to store them and to use them to provide the redirect service. You confirm that you have the right to share the destination address and that shortening it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
6. Third-party websites
Short links lead to websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, safety or privacy practices. Follow links at your own risk. Use the preview page (/p/) if you want to see the destination first.
7. Availability
The service is provided free of charge and “as is”. We try to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any link will work forever. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, and if we plan to discontinue it we will give reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text and software (excluding the content you submit) belong to DIGITALSERVICESONLINE or its licensors. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind about the service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of it. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to EUR 50, or the minimum required by law if higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live (including in the EU and UK).
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the new terms.
